A staff reports that she creates a canvas with all the content but over the weekend, the content disappeared. I thought maybe she have several logins in other devices and someone may have delete the content? It would be nice to be able to sign out automatically from all devices just to make sure this didn't happen again.

Hi Steven! I learnt that there was a terrible accident and we are sorry about that. Actually we got some great features that might help to protect your account and data.
1) As Cindy has kindly mentioned, you can set up 'Auto Sign Out'. Find it in the 'Settings - Session Management - Auto Sign Out.
2) Use Vibe One mobile app to view your sign-in activity and sign out remotely on any of the devices.
