I know how to copy and paste from any part of the board but it's sure time consuming to use the up arrow, select screen capture, then go, for example, to canvas and click on insert and select the clipboard. I do like that the clipboard seems to keep (infinite bounded by memory?) history. I sure wish there were nice shortcuts. Thanks!
