Vibe 55" Quality

My Organization purchased 2 Vibe 55" screens in 2020. They worked great for the first 2 years. Out of nowhere, both screens, within 2 weeks of each other have broken. They both started by only half of the screen lighting up properly. Now, one of the screens will not turn on at all. The company has not been willing to work with us as this is clearly a hardware issue and not anything that we have done. Very disappointed and will be purchasing a new smart board from a different company.

From the images sent, this lighting seems to have went bad on this device/s. This is why we offer a free replacement in most hardware damage cases 1 year from the purchase date. Unfortunately, this is well outside this time frame and no longer covered under the warranty. However, we try very hard to meet each customer's needs and this is why we created this policy for devices that are outside of the 1 year warranty but within 2 years. This is what our Customer support team has proposed in the emails you have sent to our helpdesk with both options even though you are outside of the 2-year warranty as well. Since these devices are over 2 years old, I cannot offer any other special deals.
