Have been getting an error message from the smart camera stating "the camera is being used by another app"... which causes zoom to malfunction. There are no other apps open. It caused zoom to crash on our end three times during a two hour meeting. We have a S1 75". Any ideas?

Hi, recently participants started hearing echo/feedback when we use Zoom on our Vibe with the Smartcam. Everything was fine until Nov 2023/Dec 2023. Looks like a recent software or firmware update caused this. Anyone experiencing this?
